To export to WikiJS,

    1. Complete the necessary preparations

    2. Connect to the WIkiJS server

    3. Adjust the overall WikiJS settings

    4. Adjust the WikiJS export settings per page

    5. (Optional) Export the groups and users from Confluence to WikiJS

    6. (Optional) If the space exists in WikiJS already, you can separately delete it from Projects in Manage WikiJS form
Note: If the pages are not deleted after this, check this page. Otherwise, Conflux will delete all pages if the setting in overall WikiJS settings is enabled

    7. Export the assets to WikiJS database

    8. (Optional) Export the assets to WikiJS Folder to create a backup

    1. Export the space

Note 1  If you do not export the groups using the tool in Conflux, make sure there is at least one user in WIkIJS with the name Administrator. Alternatively, you can you can create the users in WikiJS manually to match the user names in Confluence

Note 2  WikiJS requires one page to function as the home page. This page is created the first time you run WikIJS. If this page is deleted, all the other pages are not accessible. If you delete pages before the export, make sure you exclude the home page

Note 3  WikiJS' GraphQL server is very slow and the rendering engine is even slower. Depending on the number of pages you want to export and the complexity, the export process may take a while. Be patient, grab a cup of coffee and wait. You can open the Logs window and watch the activity if you wish

Note 4  If you cancel the export process or an error occurs, WikiJS will not show the content of the pages because rendering may not have occurred or completed. In this case, re-run the export or render the pages
